Roast red potato and red onion

These baby red potatoes appear every so often and they are delicious. The amounts of ingredients really depend on how many people you are feeding (and how greedy you are). This is a very quick and easy accompaniment to almost any other kind of dish.

  • Baby red potatoes
  • Red onions
  • Olive oil, salt and pepper

Season the potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper (and some chilli flakes for a bite if you want). Roughly chop the onion and place it between the potatoes. Roast at 180 degrees in an oven until browned and slightly crispy on the outside. Every so often shake the baking tray so the potatoes turn and get evenly browned on the outside.
