Dhanya yoghurt is so easy and can be served with any curry. I could eat it with almost any meal or even on its own!
- Cup of yoghurt
- Half a bunch of dhanya
The amounts depend on how many people you are feeding. All you need to do is blend the two ingredients together. If you don’t have a machine, then chop the dhanya finely and add to the yogurt. You can add fresh garlic as well which is also delicious.
