Growing your own rocket

You may have noticed I use rocket a lot. Its because I have so much in the garden. It is so easy to grow. We were testing our compost and just chucked a bunch of seeds at the ground. Seriously, at the ground. We didn’t make neat little holes. We just scattered the seeds, watered and waited. In a very short space of time we had a huge amount of rocket and don’t really have to do anything other than water it once in a while. I highly recommend growing it yourself – especially in Durban. Friends of mine have a gardening blog called Sprig. On a recent post, Niall demonstrates how easy it is to grow Rocket in your Pocket.
