There are a lot of different versions of the dhanya yoghurt I made a while back. This is Vannessa’s very garlicy version.
- Plain yoghurt
- Half a bunch of dhanya
- A few cloves of garlic (I lost count…)
Whereas I used a blender, Vannessa shows how easy it is to make this by hand. Finely chop the garlic and the dhanya together and add to the yoghurt. This was served with Vannessa’s bean curry.
